2026 Updates
To all our Wonderful Clients;
Thank you for being with us in 2025! We have overcome many hurdles and are grateful to end the year on a positive wave! Our cleaners work very hard and all deserve annual raises. We have charged the same rate for 3 full years, so beginning January 1 we are moving from $55 to $60 per labor hour; most clients will see a $10-$12 increase per visit.
To provide you the best service, please review that the following items are understood by you and all household members:
✓ Your cleaning time may vary a bit, typically +/- 15 minutes. If you have a strict budget, please call the office to let us know!
✓ Minimum 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or skip services to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
✓ For our safety, all trash and garbage cans need lined with a garbage bag or grocery bag by the client; no lose trash outside lined cans.
✓ Any surface to be cleaned must be free of clutter. Please have all tables, counters, bathroom sinks, and floors cleared so that we can better clean. Surfaces that are not cleared may only be dusted around as best we can.
✓ Our scheduling system is supposed to send out a night-before text reminder but can be flaky. If you are NOT receiving them, or wish to add an email reminder, please let us know! Please add your cleaning schedule as a reminder on your calendar or phone.

The holiday dates we will be closed for the remainder of 2025 and 2026 are listed below. If you have a regularly scheduled cleaning on one of these dates, we will work with you to be cleaned slightly before or after your normal day. Please note the new Christmas break as we will be closed from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day:
2025 Christmas Break December 24 – January 1
2026:
Memorial Day: May 25
Independence Day: (July 4 is Saturday, so no closure)
Labor Day: September 7
Thanksgiving Break: November 26-27
Christmas Break: December 24 – January 1
